Refund Policy

At VitacureMed, we value customer satisfaction. Below are the guidelines for requesting a refund or return:

Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or return.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and returned in full.

If any product is missing, $5.75 USD will be deducted, along with a penalty fee of $9.99 USD. The remaining amount will be refunded.

As our products consist of capsules or tablets, they are unlikely to be damaged during transit. However, any damage to the external packaging is beyond our control. In such cases, customers are responsible for contacting the postal service, as the package was shipped in perfect condition. Box damage does not affect the product itself.

3.Return Process

To initiate a return or refund, customers must contact VitacureMed through any of our available contact channels. A detailed description of the issue, along with supporting documentation and photos of the product, is required.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs for returns to El Salvador, based on the customer's location.

Refund requests for partial products are not accepted. This means that if a customer has used a portion of the product, no partial refund will be issued.
